Participants work through four real-world case studies drawn from operations, finance and HR. By the end of the day, each person walks away with a personal decision checklist they can use the following Monday. Groups of 8 to 20 people. One full day, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a working lunch included.
Designed for distributed teams that rarely share a room. We run a half-day online session using breakout exercises, live polling and structured debate. Each team finishes with a written alignment charter that spells out who owns what, how disagreements get raised and what "done" looks like for shared projects.
Managers practise giving difficult feedback in recorded role-plays, then review the recordings with a facilitator. We cover the SBI model (Situation, Behaviour, Impact), but we also address timing: when to give feedback immediately and when to wait. Two-day format, limited to 12 participants so everyone gets individual coaching time.
First-time managers face a specific set of problems: they used to be peers with the people they now supervise. This two-day bootcamp covers delegation, priority-setting and the shift from "doing" to "enabling." We pair each participant with a mentor from our facilitator team for three follow-up calls over the next 90 days.
